Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE ... ALLERGENS and INGREDIENTS

Clients placing orders to CasaDeliveryIbiza confirm that they have checked the product ingredients listed below the online Item Description before adding any item to their basket. Allergy risks are shown in CAPITAL typeface. If clarification is needed for any item not showing a list of ingredients please contact CasaDeliveryIbiza before placing your order. 

 

Online Orders

All orders are to placed online subject to the following Terms and Conditions in addition to any contained within the general Terms of Service.

Orders including alcohol are not accepted by unauthorised or under the legal age for purchase of such items in Spain. It is a condition of order that the purchaser confirms they are compliant with this condition and placing any such order indicates that this condition is adhered to by the purchaser.

All orders are accepted with Shopify system payment and provisional payment is made securely such that in the event of failure to accept the order, no funds are taken from the payers account.

An order is only accepted when notification of fulfilment is sent by the supplier, at which time the supply contract comes into force and the following conditions apply to that order. At that time the payment will be taken prior to processing and delivery of the order.

Goods will be shipped/delivered only if available and within a reasonable time period expected to be, but not limited to, no longer than one week. Delayed deliveries will only be made by prior agreement with the purchaser. Delivery will be made if possible within 24 hours of order acceptance, and by time slot agreement with the buyer.

Please Note: The above system protects the buyer from payment for goods that cannot be supplied under current possible supply restrictions or events. It also helps the supplier to be sure that the supply of goods is possible for the delivery schedule that will be offered 

Delivery

Goods will be delivered as per delivery address provided at time of order.

Items of food or other consumables, whether perishable or not, will be delivered by appointment only. The recipient is to be present at the agreed time for receipt of goods and should check the delivered items against the order at that time. A receipt will be required for the drop. Any shortfall or incorrect item(s) must be noted at time of delivery and rectification or refund will be then arranged as below.

Perishable items will not be left without receipt of delivery, and in the event there is no one present to accept the goods, they will be retained and returned for storage as may be possible and a new delivery appointment made on receipt of a handling charge of 20€ payable in advance.

Refund and Returns Policy

All orders are subject to the following Terms and Conditions in addition to any contained within the general Terms of Service.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned after they have been delivered. Perishable goods, such as food, are the main part of our supply, and therefore NO RETURNS can be permitted for any items ordered following delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be considered as a result of failure to deliver items from an order. All items recorded as delivered to the customer’s designated address are considered delivered irrespective of receipt provided at time of delivery

Any request for refund or part refund must be made in writing or email to the address shown below.

A refund will only be considered following agreement and authorisation with the supplier.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a notified number of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund by the notified date, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Return of goods is not permitted with perishable or other food or beverage items and collection and/or refund is only possible under agreed conditions as above.
